More than 600 people with first- and second-type diabetes reported on the number of soft drinks they drink, and about 50% of participants were found to consume sugar-free soft drinks, while 31% of participants consume sugar-free drinks.
The results of the study showed that about one quarter of the patients were suffering from diabetes, and the high risk of infection in people who have more than 4 lots of soft drinks was related to two and a half times.

Finally, what can be said is that disilt drinks are not healthy or a weight-loss solution. As much as possible, these drinks should be minimized, in order to avoid many undesirable side effects.
